The locked-in.ro web page is managed by ROENT UNIVERSAL SRL, with it’s headquarters in Bucharest, 16A Radu Voda str., 4th district, single registration code 34067463, registered at Bucharest Chamber of Commerce under the no. J40/1386/2015.
This document’s contents present to the clients of ROENT UNIVERSAL SRL the terms and conditions regarding the Locked In escape room games. In case the client refuses to accept the document or revokes the previously established agreement, s/he will not be able to participate at the Locked In game.
The escape room game is based on rational solutions determined through deduction and does not require special abilities or uncommon knowledge; force, stunts or violence are in no way required to solve the puzzles. The solutions to the puzzles and codes do not involve altering the heating system, the electrical system or the surveillance system.
The design and the scenario for Locked In escape room Bucharest games takes into account all necessary precautions and it does not comprise harmful elements or objects; hence any voluntary or involuntary action of the clients that may result in harm (physical or mental) is the clients’ responsibility.
All damages resulted as a consequence of the client’s activity in the Locked In rooms, during the time s/he was attending the event, are entirely their responsibility; therefore the damaged items will be repaired / replaced by the client in case they cannot be further used.
The client is not allowed to remove the “220V”, “DON’T TOUCH”, “No smoking” or any other stickers found in the escape room; they are there for the clients’ protection.
Teams of 2 – 6 persons can participate at Locked In escape room Bucharest games.
Children less than 7 years old are not allowed to play Locked In escape room games. Children less than 14 years of age have to be accompanied in the room by an adult. Children between 14 and 18 must have a written consent from their parents in order to play the game. In case of violation of these rules, the organizers reserve the right to refuse the access to the game of a certain person.
The organizers may request an ID in order to confirm a player’s age.
Persons under the influence of alcoholic drinks and forbidden substances are not allowed inside Locked In rooms. In such cases, the organizers have the right to cancel or interrupt the game immediately without a refund.
Inside Locked In rooms smoking is forbidden.
The players understand and accept the fact that during the game, the door of the game room will be locked. The door will be unlocked in maximum 60 minutes from the moment the players enter the game room, even if they didn’t find the solution for the game.
In special situations – health problems, security problems, players’ requests – the organizers will immediately unlock the door, without any refund.
Players understand and accept the fact that the game is under video surveillance – this is necessary for a proper game conduct and also to help organizers intervene in emergency situations.
People with a health condition that might be adversely affected by spending 60 minutes in a closed space are advised not to participate in the game. The organizers do not assume any liability in these cases. Please note that the Locked In game rooms dimensions are at least 20 sqm.
Filming or tacking photos of the rooms, games or objects inside the rooms is prohibited. In case of violation of these rules, the game will be stopped immediately by the organizers without reimbursement.
Reservations can be made at our reception, by phone and online. When booking by phone or online, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, containing the booking information. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us by phone at +40763.252.503 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. For adding, amending or canceling a reservation, please do it at least 3 hours before the time of game.
It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment time in order to attend training on game play and rules of conduct. If you are late, you will be briefed during the time reserved to play the actual game. The game begins only after all participants have attended the briefing.
The goods that you have on you, such as mobile phones, keys, bags, school bags, books, pens, laptops, audio or video recording devices, foods or drinks will be left in lockers with lock, specially designed for participants.
In case of violation of these terms and conditions or of the rules of conduct explained in the briefing, the organizers reserve the right, depending on the situation, to not allow access to the rooms, to interrupt the game without a refund thereof, or to start the necessary legal proceedings. Damaging the objects in the game room entails the payment of the booked games for that day that will not be able to be played due to this reason.
